Rules
-
MarineLiens.com does not permit anonymous
postings. Because MarineLiens.com is not moderated, the author of a
posting is the only one responsible for the posted posting. This means
that you must be identified to readers of that posting. Whether or not
you want to sign your postings, MarineLiens.com will automatically add
your name to the bottom of any posting it receives from you.
If you are unwilling to send postings with your real name attached,
either do not post postings or find someone who is willing to have their
real name attached to them post them for you.
On some bulletin boards, some users have been known to devote time and
effort to defeating or getting around the rules. If a User of MarineLiens.com
should attempt to defeat the rules, for example, by trying to post anonymous
postings to MarineLiens.com, or otherwise violating this agreement,
it is MarineLiens.com's intention to bar the User from MarineLiens.com.
MarineLiens.com also reserves the right to take more serious action
as well.
-
Respect the rights of others. Do not do
anything to injure or harm others. Users are expected to exercise both
common sense and courtesy in the postings they transmit over MarineLiens.com.
You agree not to post or publish on or over MarineLiens.com any posting
or material:
(a) Which violates any laws or infringes upon the rights of others;
(b) which is, or is likely to be perceived by an intended recipient
or target as, defamatory, deceptive, misleading, abusive, profane, offensive
or inappropriate; (c) which constitutes a threat to, harassment of,
or stalking of another; or (d) which violates the right of privacy or
other right of any person. Defamatory, obscene, and other offensive
communications are not acceptable forms of communication over MarineLiens.com,
and could lead to legal liability for those engaging in such improper
communication. MarineLiens.com reserves the rights to remove content
and deny posting by Users as appropriate, including claim information,
when presented with evidence that the content violates these rules or
policies.
-
Do not allow anyone other than yourself
to post postings to MarineLiens.com using your subscription. MarineLiens.com
is provided for the benefit of MarineLiens.com Users and you agree not
to let non-Users post to or access MarineLiens.com using your subscription,

of MarineLiens.com. Do not use MarineLiens.com for anything that might
be illegal. Among other things, you should not use MarineLiens.com to
violate the anti-trust laws or any other laws.
-
Do not post material that contains material
subject to trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights except
with the express consent of the owner of the rights.
- MarineLiens.com
reserves the right to modify or change the rules as it determines
from time-to-time in the best interests of MarineLiens.com and to
terminate your use of MarineLiens.com without notice and at any time.
Limitation
of Liability and Indemnity
The great danger for any operator of an online bulletin
board service, including MarineLiens.com, is that we might be blamed
for the wrongful actions of our Users. For example, if a User libels
someone, or posts material protected by copyright, an injured person
might blame us, even though the User was really at fault. MarineLiens.com
is making MarineLiens.com available in the belief that its Users will
act responsibly and not expose the MarineLiens.com to liability. All
Users posting a posting to MarineLiens.com must accept responsibility
for their acts. Therefore, as a condition of participation in MarineLiens.com,
participants must agree as follows:
You agree to defend and indemnify MarineLiens.com and hold MarineLiens.com
harmless from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages,
injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable
attorneys fees) relating to any acts or omissions by you or materials
or information transmitted by you in connection with MarineLiens.com
leading wholly or partially to claims against MarineLiens.com or MarineLiens.com
by other Users or third parties.
Choice of Law
Users from all around the world can reach our bulletin board. Each of
these places has a different set of laws. Since we cannot keep track
of all these laws and their requirements, you agree that the law of
the Islands of Bermuda will apply to all matters relating to this agreement
and to MarineLiens.com.
General
If we fail to notify you of any violations of this agreement, this will
not mean that we cannot notify you of similar future violations of this
agreement.
Disclaimers
MarineLiens.com does not exert editorial control over the materials
that are posted by third parties onto MarineLiens.com. MarineLiens.com
is merely a distributor and is not responsible for any material posted
by any third party. MarineLiens.com specifically disclaims any and all
liability for any claims or damages that may result from any postings
by third parties.

to the provisions of the Standard for Electronic Transactions issued
under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 of Bermuda [see http://legal.06.free.bm/].
